Overnight orders will be delivered next day anywhere in the US if placed by 12pm PT

Orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Check your shipping email for your tracking information.

Rentals & Memo start the day items get delivered not shipped.

RETURN POLICY

We include a free UPS Shipping label with every order, if you happen to lose it, please email us at: Info@Lujodepot.com we will email you a new one.

For your second return shipping label you can visit our returns page here to file a request and receive your return label for a small cost.

Please note:

  • Only one (1) free return label per order will be honored.
  • Returns can take up to 4 business days (usually a lot less) to process after the package has been received.
  • Deposit refunds will not be processed until the whole order is returned.
  • During holidays, processing of returns may take longer.

Rental & memo ends the day you ship items back to us not the day we receive them.

CLEANING POLICY

We take care of the dry cleaning so you don't have to, all you have to worry about is shipping items back to us.

REDUCING SINGLE-USE PACKAGING

We ask all our LUJO customers to return their rentals in our reusable garment bags so they can be recycled or reused. Please note a $5 fee will be charged for any garment bags missing.

REFUNDS

Please allow 4-7 business days for your return to be processed once it reaches our warehouse. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We will refund for rentals returned in the same condition, but do not refund for any shipping fees incurred with your rental.

Once approved, your refund will be processed in the original method of payment.

It can take up to 7 days for the refund to show on your card statement, depending on your bank.
