MEMBERSHIP

LUJO DEPOT INC. is not open to the public.

Membership is exclusive to the fashion industry, which includes:

  • Fashion, wardrobe, celebrity stylists
  • Personal shoppers
  • Personal stylists
  • Costume Designers
  • Tailors
  • Fashion Editors
  • Fashion Designers
  • Fashion Influencers

Only one membership per person is allowed. You cannot open an account for someone else, or have someone else's credit card other than your own on file. Failure to comply will result in revocation of membership.

RENTAL FEES

Industry standards

  • Memo: Do not remove tags from garments, shoot them, and retag the garment. Doing so will result in a full week rental fee charge and your membership subject to termination. If tags are removed by accident and not shot, please contact us and we will work with you to remedy the error.
  • 24 hour/ Day fees: A rental fee period begins upon receipt of garment(s). For example, if an item is received on Monday, and returned by Wednesday, a one day fee will be charged.
  • Weekly Fees: Monday - Friday (5 Business days)
  • If an item is received on Monday and returned by Monday of the following week, a weekly rental fee will be charged

Note: If an item is kept longer than 7 days, an additional weekly rental fee will be incurred automatically.

One free return is provided with every order., For any additional returns, please go through our returns portal. A small shipping fee will be required.

Once we receive back your full order return, the order will be processed and the deposit fee will be credited back. Please allow 4-7 business days for this process.

CLEANING/ DRY CLEANING

LUJO DEPOT will provide all cleaning and dry cleaning of garments with our cleaning specialists.

This is included in your membership. Please refrain from cleaning any stains by yourself as some of our pieces are fragile.

  • If any blood, oil, paint, or other deep stain on the garment occurs, a quote will be requested from our dry cleaning specialist at MILT & EDIES. The card on file will be billed for those charges. You will be contacted with the quote ahead of billing, so it is not a surprise charge.
  • Please let us know in advance before sending us back the garment if it's damaged with stains as this can be a case-by-case situation, and we may have you dry clean it before sending it back to us.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

  • You are responsible for the cost of shipping. Shipping cost will vary, depending on how fast you need the order. Garments are not shipped with a hanger, in an effort to cut down shipping costs. However, please return any garment bags an order is shipped in. Failure to do so will result in a $5 fee per bag.
  • All orders placed before 12pm PST will ship the same day.
  • Cut off for 2 day, 3 day, and ground shipping is 1pm PST
  • All orders placed after 1pm PST, will ship the following business day.

If you don't receive your order in time due to shipping issues, you won’t be charged for the order. Unfortunately, we can’t refund shipping but will cover the return cost of shipping back to us. Upon receipt, the return will be processed and the deposit refund returned. Please allow 4-5 business days to process and 4-7 business days for refunded fees to show up on your statement.

DAMAGED & LOST ITEMS

We understand things happen. Kindly communicate the circumstance with us and together we can find a solution. As fellow industry professionals, we understand budget limitations, so we’re happy to help and work with you to find a solution.

  • LUJO DEPOT INC. reserves the right to find their own tailor to fix damaged items and members may be held responsible for partial or of all costs.
  • LUJO DEPOT INC. reserves the right to charge x5 the retail value of the item with the credit card on file for any damaged or lost item. This agreement is stated in our Terms and Conditions, which are agreed to upon becoming a member with LUJO DEPOT INC.
  • Normal wear and tear, zipper jams, and button losses are the responsibility of LUJO DEPOT INC.
